Leanne Beaudoin-Ryan

Leanne Beaudoin-Ryan is Erikson Institute’s Director of Academic and Institutional Research, as well as an Assistant Research Professor in the Graduate School. She brings 17 years of research experience to these positions. Prior to her arrival at Erikson in 2016, she completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the Center for Media and Human Development at Northwestern University. She has also served as a research consultant for NORC at the University of Chicago, as well as for a research partnership between Start Early (formerly The Ounce) and the Urban Education Institute at the University of Chicago, focused on educational alignment between the early childhood and K-Grade 3 spaces on the Southside of Chicago.

When wearing her academic research hat at Erikson, she is responsible for coordinating the systems and processes that support faculty and graduate students in the generation and dissemination of original scholarship. Within institutional research, she is responsible for centralizing and facilitating the compilation, analysis, and reporting of student and program-level data for the Graduate School. Leanne earned her PhD in Developmental Psychology in 2012. She also holds Master of Arts degrees in Developmental Psychology and Social Science from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
